Torta with cannoli

Vanilla sponge, filled with 1 layer of vanilla custard, 1 layer of chocolate custard, moistened with a light kirsch syrup, finished with mini cannoli around the sides of the cake and topped with a pool of chocolate ganache and chocolate curls.
