OUR SIGNATURE CAKES

An old fashioned Italian favourite, the chocolate torta is made with a freshly baked chocolate sponge, moistened with a non alcoholic kirsch flavoured syrup and filled with two layers of creamy chocolate custard. Ā The chocolate torta is finished with chocolate patisserie cream (bordi) piped around the sides of the cake and a smooth buttercream on top.

White Chocolate cake, filled with 2 layers of whipped white chocolate ganache and finished with white buttercream on the outside and topped with glazed strawberries.
Made with layers of freshly baked butter puff pastry, a layer of vanilla sponge and layers of our famous silky smooth creamy vanilla custard. This cake is finished with a dusting of icing sugar and strawberries around the top edge and flaked almonds around the sides.

A beautiful cake made with our Strawberry Gateaux filling or Traditional Torta, covered in chantilly patisserie cream and fresh strawberries on top with mini white bows around the sides of the cake. Ā For an additional fee, this cake can also be made in a choice of one of our mud cakes or with fresh raspberries. A popular cake for all occasions including birthdays, weddings and engagements. Chocolate Sponge cake moistened with a light non alcoholic kirsch syrup and filled with 2 layers of chocolate custard. Ā This cake is finished in a light chocolate buttercream with a chocolate drip and custard filled profiteroles around the sides of the cake.
This signature creation from Dolcetto’s Patisserie features layers of soft vanilla sponge cake moistened in a light non alcoholic kirsch syrup. Ā It’s filled with smooth vanilla and chocolate custard, then finished with a silky buttercream top and mini vanilla and chocolate cannoli around the sides and topped with a glossy pool of chocolate.
