Tea Cakes

The Orange and Almond cake is made with freshly milled almond meal and fresh whole oranges. This cake does not contain any wheat flour.

The Almondine cakes are made with a combination of wheat flour and almond meal. Mixed berries, pear or peaches are baked inside.

The Strawberry flan is a sweet shortcrust base, filled with Italian custard and topped with fresh strawberries. This is also available in fruits of your choice.
