Traditional Italian Torta

Vanilla sponge, 1 layer vanilla custard, 1 layer chocolate custard, moistened with a light kirsch syrup, finished with vanilla patisserie cream piped around the sides and a thin layer of buttercream on top. Decorated with chocolate curls and glazed strawberries on top.
